I’ve always loved fashion - my habit of mixing prints and over-accessorizing started back in middle school! 

After designing accessories for years and a few cross-country moves, I found myself in Manhattan, trying to squeeze my mid-western wardrobe into my tiny NYC closet. I wanted to keep everything: the botanical maxi dress for a sunset beach dinner, my strappy stilettos for date night, and much, much more!

In that moment, I realized that I was holding onto pieces I'd never wear again!! If it was a special occasion style or something that wasn’t flattering, I needed to edit!

After a glass of wine (or two!), I purged my closet and was left with 50 comfortable-yet-unique styles that I could layer, mix and match to create hundreds of different looks. 

Not only could I see everything in my closet, but getting dressed in the morning was a fun and less stressful event. 

That’s when it hit me, I could help other women do the same thing!

styleNmotion is built on this very concept. Working with dozens of brands, each style is limited edition and can be dressed up or down. Who doesn’t love a dress with pockets!?
